Empleo Público en Chile - Desafíos pendientes y recomendaciones para el nuevo marco institucional

Abstract

This public policy report aims to contribute to the constitutional discussion, specifying those complexities about public employment and people management in the State that still persist. Based on these problems, principles and proposals are also discussed so that they can be incorporated into the debate on a new constitution and become an input in the face of eventual reforms.
