Teletrabajo en el Estado de Chile - Efectos y desafíos para su diseño e implementación

Abstract

This publication analyzes the results of the implementation of teleworking in the National Institute of Industrial Property, in addition to examining the parameters and minimum conditions for its correct design and implementation. The study of the consequences of telework focuses on its eventual impact on the reconciliation of work, personal and family life of civil servants, on their quality of life at work and on their productivity. Although exploratory in nature, this research and the recommendations derived from it are crucial for the implementation of future telework experiences in the public sector in Chile.
